OUR SERVICES
PR Van Multi Drops
Convenient and cost effective service.
For standard deliveries with a 1-3 hour delivery window.
Collected twice a day at set, pre-arranged times.
Usually around 10am and 2:30pm, but this may vary from client to client.
Freelance Van Multi Drops
All packages collected in a single pickup with multiple time slots available.
Returns are begun immediately after collection when booked in our standard morning or afternoon slots & all returns are completed by the end of the next business day. Please make us aware on your booking form of any bags that require priority and we will strive to have these returned earliest at no extra charge.
Sealed, signed & delivered
All deliveries are signed for.
We record the time, place and individual who signed for them. These details can be emailed through to you at any time, on request. We keep a 3 month record of all delivery information.
Tailored Invoicing
Our invoicing allows the user to charge multiple clients for each delivery. This information is used to create a monthly recharge report for your agency. Includes a detailed client delivery breakdown for each of the clients you represent.

How long after the collection time will multi-drop deliveries reach their destinations?
If you're a PR...
Morning multi-drop deliveries will reach their destination between your designated (AM) collection time and 14:30pm.
Afternoon multi-drop deliveries will reach their destination between your designated (PM) collection time and 18:00pm.
We cannot specify an exact delivery time for any packages booked on our multidrop service but we are always only a phone call away if you would like to get an idea of what time a package will be delivered.
If you're a freelancer...
All returns will be done by the end of the following business day. Any returns which are urgent can be flagged up before/on collection. You are more than welcome to contact us at any time to get a more accurate idea of when a particular delivery will reach its destination.
What are your payment terms and conditions?
Our payment terms are net 30 days by BACS transfer.

How do I amend or cancel a booking?
For cancellations or amendments to online bookings, please forward your delivery confirmation email to paul@londonfashionlogistics.com stating your cancellation or amendment in the email body.

Are my deliveries insured?
All deliveries are covered by our goods in transit insurance. Terms and conditions apply. Jewellery is not covered and we cannot accept responsibility for it.
